Our beautiful coastal transfer just took a severe turn inland and now they are offering my husbands position in the Outback. 450km west of Brisbane. Has anyone been there? My impression is a small cattletown with HOT HOT DRY weather, very isolated and remote and too far from Brisbane to be able to really enjoy daytrips, etc. We are thinking of declining the transfer. ANY INSIGHT TO ROMA would help. j
