Room for rent in Vienna / Austria

I am an austrian medical student living in an apartment in the 13th district of Vienna.
One of my 3 roommates is going to move out for the summer and now we'd like to rent the room to f.e. an exchange student.
There is a garden, 2 bathrooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV, internet access....
The room is available from July 5th to September 29th 2004 (only for the whole period, or at least 2 months) and the rent would be 300 euro/month.

well im a canadian and im in germany right now just been travelling (taking the year off) since july and i need roomates really badly in vienna. im going to be in vienna on sept 20 so im hoping you still have the place but im not sure. Could you please email me back either way. thanks
