Seeks a mentor in Canada

i am a canadian permanent resident working in Abu dhabi, coming to Vancouver on my own during June 2006. Don’t know a soul in Canada. i needed a mentor who can guide me to the canadian system. i am willing to pay for the same if needed. Pls help if you can
