Self Employed Canadian - Chance to Live in USA?

Hello, I am a self-employed Canadian and can do my work via the Internet anywhere...so my questions are:

1.) Aside from marrying someone, is there any type of Visa I could qualify for?

2.) Could I technically just go stay in the States...carry on my business...return to Canada every 6 months?

3.) When you return to Canada after "6 months"...do you only have to stay 24 hours before you can go back again?

3. while you could be let back in, that would be upto officer. Your previous stay, and lack of ties in Canada, would make you inadmissable.
