Selling Canadian Business and Immigration under L2??

I am a 19 year old Canadian that started a custom fitness equipment business last year. I am in the process of selling this company to an American firm and keeping 20% share. My dad has his L1 for his company and I am applying for my L2 and EAD. We also have a house in Phoenix. Is it possible for me to get hired by my company under my L2 and then apply for a green card. I would be the Production Manager and setup all manufacturing operations. I have no education other then a associated degree in business and highschool. Could it also be possible to setup a corperation when I sell it so I can get a L1 myself. I would like to work and reside in the USA full time. Any coments are welcome. I am going to talk to a immigration Lawyer in January when I get back.

You can work for anyone under your EAD, that is what an ead gets you.

as to whther the US firm could hire you permanently, that would be a long process, and your EAD would not last that long.

Your company would need to be set up for a year in canada. and would have to continue viably thereafter in Canada for you to get your own L1.

Thissite is not suited for suuch an elaborate immigration question, especially since L1/L1/EAD are not truly Cdn statuses.
