I wonder if someone know from where I can get a sending bulk business newsletter from my PC or hosting account, in fact, user received newsletter with their individual name and email. The application may contain following options:

Add Automatically Person Name in newsletter:
Add Automatically Person Email Address:
Add Automatically Remove option from the list

I would appreciate if any one of you could be of my help.

Be careful not to spam with mass mailing? There are criminal penalties, and there are rules, such as include a URL at the bottom when the recipient can opt out.
