Sending Money to the UK

Does anyone have an advice on the cheapest/easiest way to send money to the UK? I have an account with Presidents Choice and a savings account with HSBC and an HSBC account in the UK.

Well the easiest way is to simply get your bank to wire it, but this is the worst way to do it if it's a significant amount of money because the exchange rate will be rubbish. The best way to do it is to open an account with a currency broker who will give you a better exchange rate. You wire them the money, they wire the amount they've sold you to your UK account (or vice versa, they wire it to your account and then you wire them the money).
