Social Work in The UK

Hello everyone,

I wanted to start a topic discussing North American Social Workers and their experience's going to the UK through an Agency. I would love to hear some positive and negative feedback. I always see people posting questions on how the agencies work so feel free to ask anything related to the inner workings of an agency and I will do my best to answer.

This is my first post, so I will share a little about myself. My name is Ryan and I'm a recruiter for HCL Social Care, I focus 100% on the recruitment of Social Workers who have a desire to work abroad.
