Social Work Student

Question:
I have completed all the academic requirements for my Bachelors of Social Work (B.S.W.) degree from a Canadian college. However, I am required to complete two practicums. I would like to complete my practicums in the US (Alaska.) Interestingly, I have noticed a number of job postings with the Alaska State Government requiring a B.S.W. Do you think I could apply for one of these jobs even though I have not technically completed my studies? Would this be predicated on a letter from my college?
