solo travel

Hi,

I'm going to Europe this summer on my own (Portugal, Spain, France and Italy) and totally excited. I"m not worried about spending days on my own but would like to go out at night, dancing, drinking and just chilling in a piaza. Should I worry about meeting people to hang with at night? I'm thinking about doing busabout instead of the train just to save myself some hassle!? Does anyone know if this is a good call.
