Special Needs Teaching Jobs in Dubai

I know there is tons of jobs in Dubai for teachers in general but are there jobs in the special needs fields? I only see people asking for mainstream teachers on this site. I am qualified to teach mainstream but want to stay in special needs if possible. I am currently living in England and the demand is very high for them and very few people take the jobs. I am looking at moving to Dubai in 2010 or slightly earlier. Want to feel it all out before I make final decision.

Would the regular recruiters do recruiting for jobs like these?
