Spouse has UK passport (through parents) -What do i need?

Post Mon Jul 05, 2010 11:41 am

My husband has a UK passport through his parents and he will be transferring through his company to live in England. My children and I will be going with him, although I do not plan on working while in the country (approx 2 years).

Is there a group visa that one can apply for, for the family of a UK passport holder?

Would this be considered an EEA family application?

I should probably also note we currently live in Canada

He has to apply for you and kids to immigrate.

Think of a Cdn marrying a foreigner and bringing them to Canada.

Same process.
