Spouse on TD selling her crafts

Hi. I just discovered this forum and think it is great!
I am in the uS on a TN and my wife is here under the TD. She designs/makes jewelry, and seeing that she can't be employed, we want to set up a website for her to sell the jewelry. We are US tax residents and she has a TIN. Would this be allowed under the TD status?

I suspected as much. Is there a status that she could apply for? B-1 (6 months business)??

Not really. She would need to move back to Canada to enter on B-1. And B-1 would only be for taking orders while in US, not actual design, fabrication, and selling.
