You can -- IF you clearly establish that your home is in Canada, andthat you have sufficient ties there to warrrant letting you back into US without fear that you will merely stay/

Wgar are your ties in canada? What are you doing in US that is taking so much of your time? And what are ypu do ing for healthcare coverage, as your Provincial one is about to expire?

whether or not you will be allowed entry again after flagpoling is anyone's best guess. You can try it, but there's no guarantee they'll let you back in.

Basically CBP will be looking for non-immigrant intent - which means proof of abode abroad and sufficient funds. However if you've already been in the US for six months they may consider that evidence you do not have non-immigrant intent and deny entry. It's subjective.
