staying in canada for 4 years

I am a usa green card holder.My wife is a nurse from India.We are having problems in married life due to distance.She cannot get a usa visa.I was wondering untill she gets green card,is there anyway that She or we can move to canada.what visa can she apply for.what is possibility of getting a temporary visa that can allow her to work in canada any job for 3 years.what If I take up a job in canada.I am microsoft certified IT professional MCITP(one exam short). If I take a job in canada,will I have to abandon my usa green card? I am just trying to find a way to stay together.We need to stay together.Due to some reasons I cannot stay in India.
