Student loans for Canadians in USA

I am on H1B1 and my wify will be on H4 so I know she wont get any grant from US. But I wanted to find out as Canadian Landed Immigrant if she could get any students loan or scholarship from Canada to study overseas in US?

If you are landed immigrant of Ontario, you can visit OSAP web site. The student loans are linked to income as preference to Canadian universities.
