Hi there,
Starting to interview in US for 'Human Factors' realted work?
Anyone out there with a TN Visa or other with 'Human Factors Design Engineer'?
I don't have a BA, but a BCIT diploma amd believe I can apply for TN under tech writer, industrial design or graphic designer, all of which I will be doing as a sum in my line of work. I'm thinking about fudging the application or tailoring it say for graphic designer, showing some of my published work (user manuals and stuff), having my title on the employer letter read graphic designer, and providing work experiences with dates and such. Any hints/advice?
Also, what about mailing in an application. Anyone try it for a h1 type?
Lastly, what if I lied and just went on 'vacation' but actually worked there for a year or so, or maybe went back every two months?
thanks for your expertise,
jj
PS. Does one really need a TN package from an agency or even the immigrationn services, or could plain old research and adequate documentation do for an application? Also, aiport vs us-can border, which one more likely to accept?
