TAKE HER BACK CANADA!!!!!!!!

So this past year I've been trying to create a life with the man I plan on marrying,his father however has brought a problem into the families lives, all of us.... She's been in the u.s for 2 years now, I would like to call homeland security and have her deported but I dont know if that is even an option. It has gotten to the point that my future fathernlaw has given her money and told her to return to Canada, but she refuses. Nobody wants her here and she is creating problems. She's even threatened to do physical harm to me,like it would work, HA! but anyways it has all gotten to the point where the family is close to just breaking up over this mess...SO I would like to know how to get this wretched woman out of the U.S because I'm sure her time is up...Please help us with our BIG family problem

normally I would not get involved in writing a response however this seems like quite a personal thing and not quite a situation to post on a public bulletin board.

with that said, who is "she"? If anything, it's not anybody's true business to tell people who they can/cannot date/marry/create a life with. Unfortunately it rings true with anyone - you can strongly suggest and point things out about the person that you dislike to the friend/family member.

I would say that they only way for her to be deported is if she is breaching her visa stipulations but I am ffaarrr from an expert on any of that.

well thank you for replying anyways...I appreciate that and I wish these circumstances wouldn't have to be brought up, but it's the simplicity that there's someone among us that knows many things about all of us and no one can even be sure who she is. We dont know if she has been convicted of anything in canada if she's ever had a job if her family is really all gone. We all have no idea about who she really is but she is causing major problems here and it makes everyone wonder what she's done in her past. If I could do a background check I would sure like to..I would like to find out how to do that and that is why I'm on this website is so I can get opinions about what to do...There is an expert out there, but I just dont know where to find one
