Anyone got any advice on transporting my dog from Winnipeg to Perth, Australia? Suggestions of companies that might do it, reviews?

Australia is the strictest country in the world for taking your pets to. I haven't looked into it fully but I'm planning on bringing over my cat from the UK. I know it's costly and I've heard she'll need to be in quarantine for 4 weeks - ouch!

I think the 4 weeks is not correct. Not strictly.
I brought two cats from canada, to sydney.
they have to pass a rabies vaccine test and they can't come out of quarnteen for 6 months. (don't pannic). My cats passed their test in January, they stayed with me for 5 months (in canada) then we came over. They had to stay in Q for 4 weeks, but the people there were awesome and I suspect the same would be for perth.
If we had come over right after they passed, then they would have had to stay the full 6 months in Q.. Not good.

It is expensive, about 2500 total for two cats. But it was worth it. Family is family.
