Taveling to NZ for 3 months want to work partime?

Hi, i'm traveling to NZ for 3 months and want to work partime to have somewhat of an income, presently am working at Mcdonalds and am looking into transfering to a NZ store temporarily what visas do i need or is there an easier route? any advice apreciated

Am not sure if work holiday visa will be okay, but for sure working visa is definitely the visa you need to show.
