Tax Consultants

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for tax consultants specializing in expat taxes..especially someone familiar with UAE tax treaty and Canada.

Want to find out if its at all possible to become a nonresident of Canada, living in Dubai. Since there is no-income tax in Dubai this may not be possible?

I suppose a tax advisor would be helpful. Either located locally in Dubai or in Canada.

In order to become non-resident you have to disconnect your ties from Canada. You have to sell your property (if you have any in Canada) forfeit your driving license, health card and so on...
