Hello,

I am a Canadian teacher who will be moving to Dubai to teach in August 2008. I will be claiming non-residency and am looking into a good international bank to sign up with. As part of the Canadian non-residency clause, one has to close canadian bank accounts and give up canadian credit cards.Does anyone know of a good bank to sign up with? I am looking for a checking/debit/credit card account. I have been looking into HSBC as they have a few branches and many ATM's in Dubai.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
