Tax Time

Hi Everyone

Having a great time so far. And we are really looking forward to Christmas in London.

I just have 2 little questions:

1) What is the tax year in the UK? I think it is Jan - Dec, but I just want to make sure.

2) Should I go through the hassle of filing for my tax return for this year or should I wait until I am about to leave to file for the whole time I was here? Which one would be easier?

Any info or opinions would be great.

The Tax Year runs 6th April to 5th April of the following year.
