Hi - I am looking for some information on the same issue. I am in the US on a TN visa, my husband is on TD. He has a job that will allow him to work remotely, or to commute (if we live close enough to his office). Does anyone know the ramifications of this? I'm not so much concerned about the tax stuff - we'll pay wherever we have to pay... but more of the legality of it all!
