td visa query

Hi
I have couple of question wrt to TD VISA
I am canadian citizen, jhave a offer to work in states on TN VISA, I am recently married and waiting for my wifes PR application to finish as she is from outside canada and it is in final stage, so my question is will the PR file gets affected if I am on TN visa to states, or it is better to stay and wait till she gets her PR,
is there a time limit to stay in Canada after she lands in Canada for applying for TD visa, how does this works is there a risk involved,
can I apply TN visa and come back to canada when she comes to canada and apply for TD visa.
your help is highly appreciated, is there anything I am missing in this process,
please advise

Your TN status only affects entry into US, so you can come back and continue to live in canada if you wish, or stay in US.

Your wife does not have to stay in canada after she gets PR status.

As to whether you should leave Canada before her PR process is complete, I don't know -- but as I said, you can get your TN job and commute back to canada regularly if that is a concern, and then move more permanently later.
