TD Visa stamping in India

Hi there,

I am trying to find out if any US Consulate Office in India can handle TD visa for dependents. Trying to check VFS and other US Consulate Websites in India but no information available on TD visa appointment.

My wife is already in USA on H4 and I recently changed my visa status from H1 to TN and my wife doesn't have any Canadian Visas. She has to visit India for some emergency.

Could someone help me if TD visa can be issued in any of the Indian Consulates and what is the process to get appointment.
