TD visa to TN Visa

I am on TN visa status and my wife is on TD status in US.She is in her way to get Pharmacy license in States. In order to get this,She need to apply for Texas State Pharmacy Board (TSPB) Internship and like to appear for Law and Ethics exam . Texas state board is asking SSN number . How she can get that?

Most states allow you to apply for the intern licence without a SSN. You will receive a Deficiency letter showing that you have met all requirements except SSN.

When you find an employer and get your TN, you can then obtain your SSN, obtain your license and start working.
