Thank you note + Canadians in Miami

Post Mon Feb 08, 2010 2:06 pm

Hello All,

Just thought I'd tell my experience as a feedback (Original post ''From Spain to USA'')

I am a Canadian-Spanish citizen and successfully entered USA through the TN visa program.
I landed at Miami international airport on August 22nd 2009 directly coming from Madrid, Spain (I was concerned of not going through Canada). After asking the police officer at customs he sent me to the CBP office. Once there, I handed all my documentation to an officer and he reviewed it, he asked no questions, everything was correct so he gave me the I94 card and off you go!.

I never give the I94 card when I leave the country and had only had one minor problem entering back to USA in Christmas, he said i needed a visa on top of the I94, but he checked with his supervisor and let me enter.

Thank you so much to all of you who helped me in the process, I do think you are doing a great job for all Canadians.

P.S: Does anyone know any Canadian association in Miami?
