Hi! Thank you for mentioning that! As soon as I read it I went straight to the ticket master website to get the tickets, but its saying they are currently not on sale! I have ticked the box that asks them to notify me when they do go on sale.I cant wait! why do you think they were available before but not now? I hope they arent sold out! Thanks again C!

Hi all,

Here is the tour schedule for The Hips current tour.

http://www.thehip.com/Resources-TourDates.html

Their website has a cool area as well for posting your favourite stories about the Hip as well, http://www.thehip.com/TheHipStoryProject.html

I had to put one up as it was due to a Hip gig in London that I met my wife. :D

Found site with Hip tickets (at face value)

Post Fri Jun 30, 2006 5:31 am

Hi all,

Great to find this site, I've lived here (on and off) for 5 years now and I need a Canadian "fix" now and then :D
I tried the link for tickets on the Hip's website, and miraculously found that the site they recommend (http://www.ticketweb.co.uk) still has tickets available! Just 22.50 plus postage. Will let you know when they arrive in the post so that we can be sure it's legit!

Thanks HEAPS for that link! I just landed myself a couple of tix for Friday and am so excited to see them is such a small venue! I've used that company before but I only had the option of picking the tickets up on the day of the show, it didn't give me the choice of having them posted to me which is strange. I've done the same day collection thing at the Empire before and it was no problem.

See you all there!
Kirsty

ps: I think this concert will make up for the crappy Trafalger Square thing and the cancelled street party. can't imagine there will be many non-Canadians at this one!

Not too worry, I have used them for a lot of events, and my tickets arrive everytime, including this one.

Maybe see some of you there, I will be the one in the Purple Hip jersey. :)

Honestly, I bought my husband and I tickets months ago and can't wait for a fab night. My husband, who's british is remaining firmly sceptical about the whole thing but I'm hyped and ready to rock. Told him it would be like one big Canadian reunion!
