The validity of TN letter

My TN letter dated June 16, 2009 and signed by my employer. How long is the TN letter still valid? I dont have a specific date to enter the border but definitely this month.Thanks

I don't think they pay attention to when the letter is dated. They're more interested in the length of employment specified in the letter (one year, three years).
