Things I leaned from TN Visa Experience

I got my TN Visa

Following is what I leaned from the experience:

If you meet the TN-1 visa requirement, you get the visa - SIMPLE.

Port of entry does not matter, all officers are nice, may be there some exceptions.

Letter of offer has significant impact and should be addressed to CBP. It should address all important information needed to process TN visa, including some information about the company, the more professional and detailed, the better.

Better to go during business hours and weekday because they have more staff on hand and some with experienced to deal with TN.

Thanks

No, this is somewhat incorrect terminology wise. You receive TN (Trade NAFTA) Status, not a visa.

The port of entry most certainly does matter as the laws and regulations pursuant to 8CFR are applied rather inconsistently geographically.
