Thinking of canceling my application -- requesting a refund?

I have applied for my Tier 5 Youth Mobility visa about a week ago but I have not submitted my biometric data nor have I submitted my application to the British High Commission in Ottawa. According to the website, I can receive a refund. My question is, how do I request a refund?

I decided to wait until next year since I got scared of not being able to find a job due to the recession.
