TIER-1 and TIER-2 VISA

I have a TIER-1 VISA valid for another year.

I also have a TIER-2 Inter company transfer VISA. This was processed after the TIER-1 VISA.

Can I still ravel on my TIER-1 VISA.

No, you can't travel with your Tier 1 visa as it's not valid anymore. Having a Tier 2 visa granted automatically invalidated your Tier 1 visa.

Its better to ask the embassy or the immigration office if you can still travel using that visa and also ask an attorney that are expert in visa and immigration issue for the support answer of you problem. In this way, you can get the information you need.
