Hi,

I live in the United States and I got my Tier 1 visa in April 2010 and is valid through April 2013.
However I couldn't move to UK immediately because my company wanted me to stay in the US until we finish the project we were working on.

I got married in March 2011 and we applied for my wife's UK Tier 1 dependent visa here in US and it was approved. I provided supporting documents explaining why there was a delay. We are now planning to move in July,
will there be a problem during entry clearance ?
I am going to work for the same company in London and my wife's dependent visa was approved after December 2010 and I have all the supporting documents.

Thanx

Krish

You shouldn't experience any problems as you both have valid visas. Just make sure to bring your supporting documents in your cabin luggage in case Immigration Officers at the border want to know that you still meet the requirements.
