Time between my application and VAC Appointment?

I know on the World Bridge website it says:
"UKBA cannot accept application forms after this 30 day period, as the data expires and is deleted. You will be asked to complete a new application if you try to submit an expired application form to a visa section or a Visa Application Centre.[*if you have booked an appointment through Visa4UK and have a Visa Appointment Reference (VAR) number your application remains valid until your appointment date]
But what I was wondering was; I filled out my visa application on May 5th, but won't be able to get to Toronto until about July....Does anyone know how far in advance (after the 30 day mark) you can book your Biometrics appointment? They say it remains valid until your appointment, but is there a possibility that you can have your appointment too far ahead.
(I tried emailing them, but I just get the run around, and I refuse to call the 1-900 number at $3.20/minute!!)

I believe that is if you are given a GWF number (which is what you should be given).

Hey! Thanks for the response. Yeah, I realize it expries in 30 days, but how much leeway can I have between the time I call and the time go for my interview?
If I call today (may 9th) can i go for my interview 2 months later (in July), or does my interview also have to be in that 30 day bracket?

the only way you'll have an interview is if they cannot make a decision based on what you submitted. You have 30 days from the time you submit your online application to the time that you get your biometrics taken/submitted. If you are sending in your biometrics yourself, you have 2 weeks to get it to Ottawa from when you had your biometrics taken.

It sounds to me like you will have to wait to submit your online application until the end of June/beginning of July. It's a lloonnggg waiting game (trust me I can relate!) it seems but I dont think you have much of a choice if you can't make it to Toronto until July.
