TN-1 Visa - Diploma and Transcripts

Post Fri Feb 26, 2010 12:26 pm

Hello ,
I am planning to apply for a TN-1 visa and in the process of collecting supporting documentation . I have a B.Eng from abroad and M.Eng from Carlton U . I do not have originals of the B.Eng transcripts . Do I need to submit documentation for both degrees or would the M.Eng diploma and transcript be sufficient ? would the lack of originals for B,Eng cause a problem to my application ?

Thanks in advance for the help,

If your degree and TN category are closely related, there is no need for transcripts.

Only in cases whwere one has to literlly make the case that one's coursload while getting degree in X makes him eligible for TN category, would one need transcripts. This is not an enviable situation.

If you are applying for an engineering TN, you don't need transcripts.
