hi,
I have taken in the past 4 times with the same company the 1 year TN visa without much questions at POE, now I need to get 3 year TN visa with the same company. Do I need any extra documentation other than which I carried earlier. Also I will get the changed employment letter with from my employer mentioning 3 years duration. Thanks

Identical process. Just remind the officer that your company letter requests for 3 year visa.
