hello
great forum! keep up the good work!

i am going to be requesting my first TN status later this week. I almost have my package to be complete except for one thing. I know that the employer's letter should state that i will be hired on a one-year period in order to show that my stay will be temporary.

but also, my entire immediate family and extended family are all in Canada. is there a way i can prove this to the officer if they ask me any further questions about ensuring a return to Canada? is there any other way i can prove that i will return?

also, i am not a licensed architect, but applying as an "Architectural Intern" working under a state licensed architect. any issues with this statement?
I will have my school transcripts and letter from the registrar stating completion of my graduate architecture degree. has anyone had any issues applying as one?

thanks a lot!

You should not require further proof of returning to Canada. You have family in Canada which shows ties. The letter states a one year term and that's your intention.

Correct, don't need to show ties. The architectural intern title is fine as that's common in the industry for a junior architect working for a licensed architect. Make sure the support letter indicates your supervisor's name and State license.
