tn denied

Hi, TN denied last week.

Applied under the computer systems analyst category ..
the official kept me waiting for hours and after a few basic questions .. advised me to reappear during business hours as he is not knowledgeble to decide... and that csa category was the most difficult one..

Question: Can the Category be changed to a different one?
Should I go the poe again under the same category or should I ask my employer to change the category to that of an engineer and apply as computer software engineer. I have a bachelors of engineering degree in computers.

advise is really appreciated.

Your category is determined by your job duties.

If the POE asked you to return when the tN specialist is there, then that is what you should do.

Were you given a reason for your denial? If not, you should always why you are being denied.

Also, you can request to withdraw your TN Application to help you if you decide to reapply in the near future.
