TN for physical therapy assistant

Folks,
i am educated in Canada for physical therapist assistance. i did evaluation in US and its equivalent to US education. i am thinking to apply for US TN visa. i collected primary information and it says one must have " Physiotherapist/ physical therapist
Baccalaureate or Licenciatura degree; or state/provincial license.

I don't have under grade degree but two years college education and since Michigan state don't need any license for physical therapy assist jobs. what are my chances to get TN ? can i make my argument base on that about every requirements says " OR ".

any help is greatly appreciated.

If you are licensed as a physical therapist, you don't need a bachelor's degree.

I am assistant not therapist.

Its been a while you posted your comment for PTA, My wife studying is as PTA with Trios college. From the information she got if you want a TN visa you will need to be a PT. My wife contacted several agency in USA they told her almost the same thing. She even look for H1B visa same results. It wont be easy for Canadian PTA to move in USA unless you get married to an American. My wife is in the same boat.
