TN Letter Without Job Description

Just wondering......has anyone ever gotten TN without a job description on their TN letter? I know of someone who did..... his degree matched a TN occupation exactly. Has anyone else gotten away with this? I'm asking 'cos my job duties as a an Application Chemist doesn't exactly match the Chemist job description on the occupational handbook. I have a degree in Biochemistry and working experience as a Research Chemist, and will be applying for TN as a Chemist. The occupation handbook description is for a regular chemist, but I'll be working a greatly modified chemist role.

I did, but the job and degree were identical.
