To provide a little more clarification on the Mgmt Consultant application, so that if you are able to change you role to meet the requirements - then you may be able to apply.
Here is some info to help you determine it:
Mgmt Consultant applications are a scrutinized occupation.
Officers analyze TN applications to ensure that the applicant is not actually performing another job and/or additional duties for a company under the guise of a "management consultant." Consequently, it is important to thoroughly explain the nature of the consulting work in the application.
Management Consultants are
usually independent contractors or employees of consulting firms under contracts to U.S. entities.
If its for full-time employment the management consultant should not be assuming an existing position, replacing someone in an existing position, or filling a newly created permanent position. The
job must not be essential to the routine (day to day) operation of the U.S. company. It is a consulting position.
If the position is legitimately that of a Management Consultant, then it is okay for the employer to tailor the letter to describe the position accordingly. So it depends on what the actual duties are.
Hope this helps.
