TN overpass Time

Hi..I just been in the USa border from St Croix and I realice that my TN Visa end 90 days ago. Now I have to leave the USA and what is next? I have a JOB in the USA and I need to come back to work.

I was informed that because of this violation I am not going to receive another TN Visa, I have to proced in the USA Consulate to new process to receive B1 or B2 VISA.

I am back to canada on Dec 12, I have a Family meeting in USA on Dec 24. What I can do now? May I come to USA like a tourist with out a VISA? What I can do to continues working in the USA?

Well, there is no point going to a consulate, since you are cdn, and cdbs do not get B1 or B2 visas. Cdns enter on B status, by appearing at the border.

You need to move back to canada. period. You worked illegally and got caught. The border has been notified that you are illegal, so will not let you get another TN. it is unlikley they would even let you into US on B status (which wouldn't allow you to work anyway).

My next question is. What I need to do when I back to Canada in order to work in the USA? I need to star a VISA Process? The TN is not been clean any time. That mean NEVER I can apply for TN in the future?

So I am lucky because the officer alud me to stay until Dec 12 when I already have my ticket to back to canada. I agree. They want me to leave USA same day. I show my ticket and the aloud me to stay until that day. Voluntary ..someword that I dont remember.
