Hello,

can some one provide this info?

1. Can I convert B Visa (Visitor/Business) to TN within US by filing paperwork at Nebraska Centre?

2. Can I convert TD to TN within US by filing paperwork at Nebraska Center?

3. How much time(approx) does it take both in regular processing and in premium processing for 1 & 2 ?

TN's by mail are filed in Vermont these days. It used to be Nebraska. For a $1000 surcharge you can get premium processing and a decision by mail within 15 business days, but it is not clear why anyone would do this since you can get a same day decision just by going to the border.
