Impossible to say which is best. You can use either.
Can I cross border to attend interview or do we need to submit proof or reason for crossing the border and is there time limit on stay?
You can go in as a B-1 visitor to attend a specific pre-arranged job interview, but you cannot enter to look for work.
when you move to US on
TN Visa do you still have something here to show bonds with Canada, as I do not own house anything here in Canada nor I do have family here and should I still maintain status in Canada when moved to US
This is a bit of a grey area, legally you don't have to any ties to Canada in TN-1 status according to the law, but the CBP guidelines say the inspecting officer must be satisfied the stay is temporary and they will look for some sort of ties to Canada to establish that you intend to leave. Also most non-immigrant categories do require proof of abode abroad, so many CBP officers who are not that familiar with TN-1 think it does as well, although it doesn't. So basically you need something to establish an intent to leave at some point, what that is exactly is a bit vague.
On
TN visa are we allowed to work parttime or other name then the employer on the TN visa
You can have multiple employers who sponsor you for TN-1, but you cannot work for any employer except the ones you've been authorized to work for. It is possible to be sub-contracted on TN-1 to a limited extent.
are we allowed to buy house in US or we need to make any credit history to own property any length of stay needed?
Anyone can buy a house in the US and nothing would make them happier I suspect. As far as credit goes, it depends on the lender as to what their rules are.
are we allowed to apply greencard with TN and how many years it usually takes
Technically no you can't because it's not dual-status, however there are ways of doing it, either you change to another status like H-1B or alternatively the employer puts a Canadian address down on the I-140 and you use consular processing instead.
will the house
taxes differ according to visa
No idea what you're on about, but taxes don't vary according to what category you're in, but the application fees do.
when accepting a job and if the employer willing, can we apply thru TN or H1 which one is better to apply any benefits then the other
TN-1 is usually the better one because it's much easier to get and can be renewed indefinitely, although from a practical standpoint it can become difficult to show your stay is "temporary" the longer you have it.
