Hello,

For USCIS approval, does the petition for a TN Visa(Sci-tech) worker require that the 'Professional' that the worker reports to hold a Bachelors Degree?

Thank you for the speedy reply, Mr.Rizzo. Let me pose this question for your consideration.

I have had my Educational credentials evaluated by an American firm and in terms of an equivalent degree at an accredited American College or University, this evaluation gives me the equivalency of;

B.Sc. in Horticulture, with a dual major in Arboriculture and Urban Forestry

My question is, would USCIS accept this evaluation for the TN job title of 'Horticulturist'? Would this TN visa be limited to a research position in horticulture or a position as a Horticulturist for a range of employers?
