TN Status Application - Temporary Employment Concern

Just a quick concern about proving that the job position you have been offered is temporary.

Very few companies will hire someone knowing that they will leave in a year, so does that mean if you are hired on a full-time, permanent basis, you don't qualify for TN Status?

The company who offers job on TN are well versed with how to word the employment offer.

Let these to the experts. As long as your company letter mentions 3 year period, NAFTA category and salary details, you will be allright to get TN visa

The TN limit now is three years, so it shouldn't be a problem. But yes, it must be temporary. That is the basic requirement for TN-1.
