TN Status, want to marry Korean national in US

I just found out that I can marry her here in the US with the appropriate documents. If I start the process of getting her permanent residence status in Canada from the US, where would I send the documents and how long would it normally take to get the results? Would there be a resultant interview as part of the process? Can she go to Canada while the application is in process? Thanks for any help everyone. All of you have been a great help.
