TN Visa and Getting married in 2 weeks

I'm Canadian and have been in the USA for the past 7 years on a TN work visa. I am getting married to a US citizen in 2 weeks in the USA and was wondering when I apply for my marriage license should I put my Canadian social security number or my US social security number on the application?

Also, is there any other paperwork that needs to be done before we get married. Someone told me that everything is done after you get married since I have a TN, but I want to make sure. Thanks!
