TN Visa and taxes/1099

I am wondering WHAT exactly i need to do to file taxes properly.

Paid by 1099 from US company.
Working under a TN VIsa.
Canadian citizen


how do I file ?
Take me through it step by step.
how do i use and what do i need a ITIN for.

describe proceedure, In US and canada so that both parties are happy and don't try t take all of their &^9kin 30%

as common as TN vIsas are i haven't found solid information on how excatly to file taxes with them when you are a canadian citizen.
